Phoenix Court Case: Depositions

I barely know what the word depositions means in legal terms, but I can tell you that it's probably just unnecessary legal-speak for "interview."

Anyway, James Mirtle has another good post about this court case (http://www.fromtherink.com/2009/8/13/987539/coyote-ugly-a-call-for-10) with regards to the 10 people that Balsille, Moyes and the NHL want to question and why. The biggest name from a public relations standpoint is of course MLSE president Richard Peddie. Balsille, it seems, has figured out that the Leafs don't want another team in their territory and are leading the charge against them.

It's good that while there's no real hockey news, there's plenty of drama to fill our days.
